Questions & Answers:
Q) What are the highest and lowest seat positions?
The highest seat position is one metre from the ground to the top of the seat. The lowest seat position is 83cm from the ground to the top of the seat. If you want the seat position to be even lower than 83cm, then the seat's shock mount could be removed. Bike folds down to 85 x 70 x 30cm.
Q) Can this e-Bike climb hills?
YES on battery power. For really steep hills, a combination of pedalling and battery can be used. In this case, the degree of exertion is like pedalling a regular bike on the flat. The experience is bliss on the hills.
Q) When I signal right with my arm, I lose electric power! Why?
The reason you have taken your hand off the accelerator throttle located on the right-hand end of the handlebar. If you start to pedal, the electric motor will engage, and your right-hand turn speed will depend on your power level setting.
Q) When should I recharge the battery
When the power indicator shows 1 red or green light, plug it into your 3-point 240V power plug at home, and 3-6 hours later, you will be ready to go again.
Q) How long does the batter last
A battery should last 1000 recharge cycles - typically between 5-8 years.
Q) What is the warrant for this e-Bike
Frames come with a lifetime warranty. Most parts and components are guaranteed up to 2 years, and the battery charger is covered for 6 months.
Note: WARRANTY does not cover the battery if it's not charged regularly, or left over time without at least one GREEN LED (of the two) illuminated. Never leave uncharged with just the RED LED showing.
