Where can I see and demo your products?

We currently have three showrooms on the North Island, located at:

- 448 Kairanga Bunnythorpe Road, Palmerston North 4478

- 338 A Wairere Drive, Hamilton.

- Kaimai Cycles, 237 Thames Street, Morrinsville, 3300

Our Showrooms are available via appointment only. However, we also offer home visits, where you can demo our bikes at your own location.

Where can I get my e-bike/scooter/trike repaired or serviced?

We have repair/service people located around NZ, if by some reason we are not able to repair your bike locally we will organise for it to be returned back to us at our Head office located in Palmerston North, details can be found on our contact page

 

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
This will need to meet the requirements based on our returns policy.

What do you charge for standard shipping?

EV Bikes offers a range of shipping prices, depending on where you want to ship to. Please call 0800 222 249 for the latest shipping rates.

Note: Special pricing can be arranged when shipping multiple items.

 

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Once an order is received, we aim at dispatching it within 7 working days. South Island addresses may take additional business days to arrive. Please also allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses.

 

Do you ship to addresses outside New Zealand?

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.

 

Do you do back orders?

EV Bikes does offer back orders on specific products. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out-of-stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

 

Do you have a catalog?

Our catalog is online at EVBikes.co.nz/collections .

However if you require a printed catalogue please call to arrange one to be sent to you.

 

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

EV Bikes uses the latest in payment protection software. The site is protected by SSL encryption technology, and we use DPS secure gateway services.

 

How do I pay for EV Bikes products and services?

Currently, we can accept the following payment for purchases.

  • Visa, Mastercard, Credit Cards, After Pay, (online website)
  • Bank Transfer (Direct Credit)
  • EFTPOS (Head office only)
