Where can I see and demo your products?

We currently have one showroom in Palmerston North, which you can arrange to visit by getting in contact with us.

We are also in the process of arranging another two showrooms, both in the lower North island, that will be opening shortly.

 

Where can I get my e-bike/scooter/trike repaired or serviced?

We offer servicing in 2 locations, via the following company:

>> 407 Ferguson St, Palmerston North

 

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of purchase within the limitations of our returns policy

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

EV Bikes offers a range of shipping prices, depending on where you want to ship to. Please call us for the best pricing on the day.

Note: Special pricing can be arranged when shipping multiple items.

 

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Once an order is received we aim at dispatching it within 7 working days, (usually within one business day) for South Island addresses may take an additional business day to arrive. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses.

 

Do you ship to addresses outside New Zealand?

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.

 

Do you do back orders?

EV Bikes does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out of stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

 

Do you have a catalog?

Our catalog is live on line 24/7 at EVBikes.co.nz/collections We do not provide a printed catalog currently.

 

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Shopping at EVBikes.co.nz is safe. Our Site uses Shopify Shopping website that Guarantee every credit card purchase you make at EVBikes.co.nz, and our site is protected by SSL encryption technology in and we use DPS secure gateway services.

 

How do I buy things from EVBikes.co.nz?

Currently, we can accept the following payment for purchases made at EVBikes.co.nz. 

  • Visa, Mastercard, Credit Cards.
  • Bank Transfer (Direct Credit)
