Where can I see and demo your products?

We currently have two showrooms on the North Island. One is located at 508 Ferguson St, Palmerston North and the other is at 338 A Wairere Drive, Hamilton.
You can arrange to visit either one by getting in contact with us today.

Where can I get my e-bike/scooter/trike repaired or serviced?

We have repair/service people located around NZ, if by some reason we are not able to repair your bike locally we will organise for it to be returned back to us at our Head office located at:
508 Ferguson St, Palmerston North

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
This will need to meet the requirements based on our returns policy.

What do you charge for standard shipping?

EV Bikes offers a range of shipping prices, depending on where you want to ship to. Please call 0800 22 22 49 for the latest shipping rates.
Note: Special pricing can be arranged when shipping multiple items.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Once an order is received, we aim at dispatching it within 7 working days. South Island addresses may take additional business days to arrive. Please also allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses.

Do you ship to addresses outside New Zealand?

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.

Do you do back orders?

EV Bikes does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or like to wait for the stock to arrive. Out-of-stock orders, will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or you are happy to wait for the goods to arrive.

Do you have a catalog?

Our catalog is online at EVBikes.co.nz/collections .
However if you require a printed catalogue please call to arrange one to be sent to you.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.
